KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Disassembly of various equipment including; Paint pumps, Hydracleans, Transfer pumps, Various blast pots, Various hand tools, Needle guns, Mag drills, bristle blasters, grinders. Individual Component Inspection upon servicing of mechanical equipment. Service, fault find and repair a wide range of small to medium sized air powered and diesel operated mechanical machinery. Carry out regular plant and equipment visual safety inspections to ensure there are no faults or defects; reporting same to Supervisor and undertaking, as instructed, any remedial actions to maintain certification and availability. Carry out regular stocks checks of equipment as required, reporting any shortfalls to Supervisor re-equipment availability. Job Card Completion and detailing of service record cards. Follows all Risk Assessments/COSHH Assessments as per approved company QHSE policies and procedures. PERSON SPECIFICATION Knowledge: Various Mechanical and Pneumatic Tooling, Blasting Equipment Skills & Competencies: Mechanical Aptitude, ability to disassemble and assemble various mechanical and tooling equipment. Experience with maintaining and repairing a wide range of HP and UHP Jetting Units, Air Compressors, Pumps and Diesel drive equipment. Qualifications and certification: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering. Desirable - Formal Water Jetting Qualification/Certificate or member of Water Jetting Association. Experience: Min 3-5yrs in a similar role ADZN1_UKTJ
