Description
The Employment Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;
* Dealing with high value contentious and non-contentious Employment matters.
* Supporting Partners on work including complex claims, grievances, union issues and structural workplace changes.
* Conduct legal research and stay updated on developments in employment law
* Take an active role in marketing and business development.
* Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business and legal needs
Profile
The successful Employment Solicitor should have:
* A track record in respondent Employment law
* Likely to have around 2-5 years PQE
* Ties to Leeds
* Strong academics
* Proven experience in employment law gained from a commercial law firm.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* A client-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships

* A competitive salary in the range of £68,000 to £78,000
