Are you a recent graduate who would like the opportunity to gain some work experience in a Secondary School supporting a pupil with SEN/ EBD?
This school is searching for an ambitious and resilient graduate to work with and support a pupil who has Emotional and Behavioural difficulties. This role would ideally suit a Psychology graduate however all disciplines are accepted (with the right experience).

Graduate Learning Mentor – Secondary SEN
1. Graduate Learning Mentor supporting SEN/EBD pupils
2. Run 1:1 & small group interventions
3. Work with experienced & dedicated Inclusion Team

You will need to have:
7. Psychology or related degree needed graduates needed
8. strong A Levels and GCSE grades
9. a passion to work with Secondary age pupils with SEN/EBD
10. resilience to take on a challenging but rewarding role
11. experience on placements/previous work supporting SEN or EBD
12. confidence to manage challenging behaviour
