Job Title: Scheduler

Perm position available working with a well established company in the social housing sector.
Looking for a Scheduler with daily responsibilities of:
1. Job scheduling, distributing and controlling information throughout the office and sites
2. General administration duties
3. Managing an inbox and controlling information throughout the office and job sites
4. Planning repairs works for pre and post inspection, reactive and emergency repairs
5. Booking appointments and allocation works to the available operative
6. Ensuring all relevant data is uploaded on a timely basis
The ideal candidate will have:
7. Strong organisation skills – A lot of your time will be spent speaking with trade operatives, residents, managements and our client!
8. Be able to work deadlines
9. Strong IT skills
10. Able to work in a fast-paced office environment
11. Strong communication skills – Effectively communicating at levels commensurate with role, both verbally and in writing
12. Experience in using Lyon or Impact software
You will be provided with a laptop and a phone
You will be working a 40 hour week
