Customer Service Director
A dynamic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Director to lead and optimise customer service and inside sales functions across EMEA markets for a well-established, internationally oriented company. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth, managing key customer relationships, and aligning sales strategies with operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement inside sales strategies to support revenue growth and regional goals.
* Lead and mentor the inside sales team to drive customer satisfaction and achieve KPIs 4-5 direct reports, 14-16 indirect.
* Revenue responsibility c$100m
* Oversee end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to balance demand and supply, ensuring efficient order fulfilment.
* Manage customer relationships, pricing, quotations, and contracts to meet business objectives.
* Execute and monitor complex, high-value projects, especially in the data centre and telecommunications sectors.
Ideal Candidate:
* 5+ years of experience in customer service or sales, ideally in B2B international markets.
* Proven track record in S&OP processes within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong leadership skills with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
* Comfortable navigating fast-paced, changing environments.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the office at Milton Keynes.
