We are currently working with an established water company who are looking to bring on board a Head of Asset Intelligence on a full-time permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic asset management and will be responsible for managing the overall health of the organisation's asset infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the digital transformation of the organisation's asset infrastructure.
2. Use asset information and analytics to support business and asset decisions.
3. Analyse the risks and performances of assets and how it will impact the long-term operational success of the business.
4. Complete understanding of the asset portfolio to optimise ROI.
5. Integrate asset management into daily operations.
Key Skills and Requirements:
1. Advanced level experience in developing and implementing asset management policy, standards, and specifications within a regulated sector.
2. Proven experience of working in asset management leadership roles, managing multidisciplinary, highly technical teams in a complex environment.
3. Expert understanding of whole life asset management principles and systems, including ISO 55000/55001 standards.
4. Extensive knowledge of asset management systems and the latest developments in digital engineering technology.
5. Experience presenting complex and technical asset management information to all levels of an organisation for stakeholder buy-in.
6. Ability to apply a commercial approach and understanding aligned with meeting business plans.
7. Proven experience in budget formulation, cost control, and financial reporting.
8. Extensive knowledge of the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) standards and principles.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity, requiring you to be on site in Havant 2-3 days a week. This role is paying up to 95k with benefits.
