As our Energy and Utilities Coordinator, youll play a key role in managing energy procurement, utility contracts, and environmental compliance across Dawsongroups UK sites. From analysing energy consumption to supporting decarbonisation strategies, youll be instrumental in driving efficiency, reducing costs, and shaping a greener future for the business. Oversee and maintain utility contract data, working closely with the Finance Manager on renewals. Support energy procurement, ensuring cost-effective and sustainable solutions. Conduct audits and environmental impact assessments across company premises. Monitor, evaluate, and report on key environmental performance indicators. Assist in the development of tenders and bids for sustainability initiatives. About You You have a strong background in facilities management, with hands-on experience in utility contracts and energy procurement. You enjoy working with data, identifying opportunities for efficiency, and collaborating with teams to deliver real impact. Proven experience in facilities management, contracts, and utilities. Understanding of energy procurement, carbon reduction models, and environmental compliance. Ability to analyse data and translate findings into meaningful strategies. Strong communication skills able to engage with internal teams and external suppliers. Knowledge of waste management, recycling policies, and energy efficiency is beneficial.
