Young Persons Mentor (Sports requirement) – Cardiff
We work in partnership with a local school in Cardiff which supports young people from all walks of life. The young people would benefit from an individual who can positively impact their attitude towards school and create an open platform to build new relationships. Historically, using sports during break times and free time has reinforced a team mentality and helped build trust throughout the school.
What does the ideal candidate need?
1. Interest in helping develop young people in a school environment
2. Experience coaching or demonstrating relationship building through sports
3. Ability to demonstrate patience
4. Commitment to ensure continuity and consistency for the young people
5. Can-do attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
