Job Title: SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: - Provide one-to-one support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). - Develop tailored teaching strategies to meet the individual learning needs of each student. - Assist students in improving their academic performance and achieving educational goals. - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create comprehensive support plans for students. Required Qualifications: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification. - Experience working with students with SEN. - Knowledge of SEN support strategies and resources. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN. Knowledge and Skills: - Strong understanding of different learning styles and abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs. Preferred Qualifications: - Additional training in SEN support or special education. - Experience working in a school or educational setting. Working Conditions: - Part-Time hours, flexible schedule. - Work primarily in a classroom or educational setting. - May require travel to different locations within Oxfordshire.
