Following a period of rapid growth over the past three years, we’re excited to be recruiting for two Account Managers to help drive our continued expansion and support our ongoing revenue targets.
The Role:
The successful candidates will support revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and helping to maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. A background in account management and growing client relationships within the Automotive sector is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
● Support accurate short-term revenue forecasting and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Actively seek and follow up on new sales opportunities using market trends and existing networks to drive immediate revenue.
● Work closely with internal teams (e.g. marketing, product, customer support) to support new client acquisition and business development activities.
● Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
● Negotiate and finalise contracts and agreements with clients.
● Monitor and track sales performance metrics, analyse data to identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimise results.
● Engage proactively with your client portfolio to keep them informed about new product releases, promotions, and service offerings.
● Keep up to date with key industry trends and regulatory updates that may impact sales conversations.
Qualifications and skill set:
● Experienced Account Manager with strong commercial acumen; automotive knowledge and background is desirable.
● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, adept at simplifying complex concepts.
● We're looking for a personable, well-presented individual with drive, determination, and a great sense of humour. Strong organisation, adaptability, and natural confidence are highly valued.
● Ability to translate in-depth product knowledge into clear, accessible messaging that highlights key benefits of our products and services.
● Additionally, a full, UK driving licence is required for this role.

● Basic salary £45k, OTE £70k+ uncapped
