We are looking for a talented and driven DevOps Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our infrastructure and deployment pipeline, collaborating closely with development, operations, and security teams to create scalable, secure, and efficient systems.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will help manage and automate our infrastructure, improve our CI/CD pipelines, and ensure the security and performance of our cloud-based systems. You will work with a skilled team to streamline development and deployment processes, implement best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the continuous improvement of development, deployment, and infrastructure processes.
Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to ensure scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
Maintain and optimize existing infrastructure and systems.
Implement and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and efficient deployments.
Work with development teams to integrate testing, security, and monitoring into CI/CD pipelines.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes for software deployment and infrastructure management.
Ensure that security best practices are embedded within the development and deployment processes.
Assist with monitoring, alerting, and logging to ensure system health and performance.
Support compliance with industry standards and company security policies (ISO, GDPR, etc.).
Assist in the development and management of incident management and disaster recovery processes.
Respond to production incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime.
Work closely with the team to foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and open feedback.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* 2-5 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure management, or a related field.
* Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
* Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
* Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
* Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
* Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
* Good understanding of security best practices for cloud infrastructure.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
* AWS certifications are a plus.
* Knowledge of ISO 27001 protocols.
