We are a fast-growing company seeking a creative, analytical and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team of 30. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working in social media with experience working across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working within a small team, thrives on planning and executing social media strategies end-to-end, and is passionate about creating engaging content. You’ll have experience or a desire to work in a fast-growing eCommerce business and the willingness to make a significant impact with the help of a small team.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with the Brand Director to:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube aligned with overall business goals.
* Set measurable objectives for campaigns to track and evaluate success.
* Create, curate, and manage the product of high-quality content (e.g. posts, videos, stories) that drives engagement and brand awareness, working with the Design team when required.
* Write compelling copy and captions tailored to specific audiences and platforms.
* Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns.
* Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions on all platforms.
* Work with external agency to plan and manage social media advertising campaigns to support business objectives.
* Partner and create relationships with influencers and content affiliates to amplify campaigns.
* Analyse performance metrics and prepare regular reports to share insights and recommendations for improvements.
* Use data to optimise strategies and content for growth.
* Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Experience
* 3+ years’ experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organisation, or 5+ years’ experience in marketing with a focus on social media.
* Proven expertise in using platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube for business purposes.
* Familiarity with social media analytics tools and advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager)
