Upper Marr Community Nursing Team Band 5 Community Staff Nurse Hours: 37 hours per week, weekend cover required due to service demands. Location Upper Marr Community Nursing Team –covering Huntly and Alford bases An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and highly motivated Community Nurse to work within the Upper Marr Community Nursing Team. The Upper Marr Community Nursing Team is committed to delivering high quality nursing care to the local community as part of the Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership. This post is unique as the post holder will have the ability to work within all of the 4 Upper Marr Community Nurse bases in line with service requirements. The successful candidate will be accountable for the safe and effective person centred care working alongside the interdisciplinary team. It is essential for the post holder to demonstrate high quality communication and interpersonal skills, and be a skilled and confident lone worker with community working experience. The successful candidate should have a full current driver’s licence and car owner/access to a car. Pool car may be available for going to visits.
