Summary of the M&E Project Manager role:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated M&E Project Manager for a School Private Finance Initiative (PFI) project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and delivery of school defect and M&E projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
M&E Project Manager Deliverables / Outcomes (include but are not limited to):
1. Project Planning & Coordination: Develop and update project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors and the operations teams.
2. Technical Oversight: Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project. Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, engineering standards, good industry practice, and quality control measures.
3. Site Management: Manage all identified remedial activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines. Engage with contractors to ensure competence, site safety, works scheduling (during school day and outside school hours). Conduct regular site inspe...
