This fantastic in-house agency are looking for an experienced, strategic thinking Account Manager to join their Creative and Digital team. You could be from an in-house or agency background but fundamentally you will be a strategic thinker who’s all about building and nurturing strong relationships with many different stakeholders and delivering seamlessly on complex projects. This is a new role to the team and it is a permanent, hybrid role based from their Birmingham office 2 days per week. The salary on offer is very dependent on the experience level of the candidate and we are happy to discuss this in more detail with relevant candidates.

They aren’t your typical in-house team, they are the heart of a global design consultancy, offering creative design and innovation services to internal and external clients. They are a highly talented and multidisciplinary team working across the UK and globally, providing expertise in graphic design, UX, UI design, digital development, 3D visualisation, motion, and immersive media. They currently work with clients within the arts, entertainment, B2B, construction and charity sectors.
The Role
They are looking for a dynamic, strategic and experienced Senior Account Manager to join the in-house Creative and Digital Agency team, Creative Design. As an Strategic / Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with the Global Marketing and Communications community. This position is key to building trust and a strong reputation for our services, ensuring we deliver high-quality creative and digital solutions.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for the Global Marketing and Communications function. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery process of various marketing initiatives, ranging from small-scale campaigns to large, comprehensive projects. Your goal will be to foster strong, collaborative relationships, streamline processes, and ensure seamless project delivery. While proficiency in French would be advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
About You
* 3-5 years of experience in account management or a similar role within a creative agency, marketing agency, or in-house marketing team.
* Proven experience in managing and delivering a range of marketing projects, from small-scale initiatives to large, multi-channel campaigns.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
* Solid project management skills, including experience with project management tools ideally
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Demonstrated ability to assess, refine, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
* Excellent team player with experience working collaboratively across creative, digital, and production teams.
* High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Proficiency in French would be an asset but is not essential
