* Lead Event Operations: Oversee the planning, setup, and delivery of a variety of events, ensuring every detail is perfect.
* Inspire and Motivate: Manage, train, and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
* Client Liaison: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their visions are brought to life.
* Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency, maintain budgets, and hit performance targets without compromising quality.
* Continuous Improvement: Review processes and identify ways to enhance the guest and client experience.
* Champion Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
