Their solution includes an end to end platform that seamlessly integrates with global crypto exchanges, custodians, and liquidity providers, utilising a unified API and a user-friendly web-based application. The Role My client is a seeking a Trade Support Analyst to join their team in London. The ideal candidate would be someone with hands on experience supporting trading systems, has a keen interest the digital asset industry and wants to grow within a company. Skill & Experience 1-2 Years experience supporting financial trading systems and/or software Knowledge of the full front-to-back trade processing cycle, including pre and post trade Interest in Product and Engineering Keen interest in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency A strong team player with the capacity to function effectively under pressure Previous internships or practical experience in a similar position would be highly desirable Experience working on weekend support advantageous Experience with other asset classes advantageous SQL (Desirable) Responsibilities Assist customers by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving their issues through live chat and email support. Support clients with P&L, Trades, Positions and Risk reconciliation Involvement in coordinating and implementing the OMS/EMS Platforms Interact with clients and work together with third parties and partners as needed to provide feedback on their products and services. Provide input to product and engineering teams regarding technical issues. Collect customer needs and communicate suitable technical and non-technical remedies. Help with customer onboarding and foster customer relationships
