They require a high calibre Office Manager to manage a busy office, with a team of 6, along with a portfolio of key customer accounts, dealing with sales enquires, processing orders, monitoring service standards and dealing with customer issues as they arise. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Oversee administrative tasks and operations in the office. Provide general administrative support to employees, address employee concerns, and act as a point of contact. Maintain a clean, organised, and functional office environment. Liaise with all other departments within the company to ensure effective communication throughout. To manage a portfolio of key accounts, developing the business relationship with each customer to identify new business opportunities within each account in order to maximise sales and profitability. Responsible for accurately processing customer's orders and monitoring progress, promptly resolving customer issues or problems as they arise and keep them informed. Training and Development of staff. Communicate with your team both on a day to day and monthly basis any areas of improvement, training, marketing campaigns and potential sales opportunities. To develop and maintain a sound knowledge of digital print, print finishing and repro skills To offer a high standard of customer service to both internal and external customers, by demonstrating a professional, helpful and positive manner, providing accurate information to internal operations staff in order that all orders and related administration can be completed efficiently. To ensure that all activities operate within company policies and procedures and to demonstrate a commitment to these through their own working practices. To develop and maintain effective business relationships with customers and build effective working relationships with colleagues throughout the Company. To comply with the Health and Safety statement and the ISO procedures in all areas of responsibility. To carry out such other duties as are within the scope and spirit of the job purpose and level of responsibility and offer support to other areas of the Company when required.The ideal candidate for this role will be organised with Office and Team management experience. Good Communication skills and IT literate, any Excel & MIS / CRM system experience is useful. Print experience is not necessary but will be beneficial
