Shifts available Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays - Mornings, Afternoons and Evenings
UK Notional hourly rate £12.21 per hour (raising to £12.71 per hour from April 1st)

As a Customer Advisor, you will become an expert advisor and an inspiration to our customers. You will get to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Responsibilities include sales, managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber, but providing truly great customer service will be your main aim.
If you are happy to help, eager to learn, and passionate about home improvement, you’ll be right at home with us. You should be friendly and outgoing, and enjoy helping others. You’ll also be willing to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. Teamwork and flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays are essential.
