For more information on Celanese, please visit www.celanese.com Currently we are looking for a Customer Relationship Representative to work full time from our Spondon site Working with the European sales team this person will have responsibility for transactional accounts, mainly in Europe. Travel is NOT expected for this role. Manage order intake and communications with Customer Services and Operations Proactively contact customers to understand order requirements and timing Issue quotations and pricing to customers based on guidance from commercial director/sales managers Based on customer information, prepare demand forecast for commercial director Preparation of order intake and other associated reports to commercial director Document customer communications/call reports on Sales Force. Maintain records of quality notifications and communications Identify & communicate new opportunities and applications to sales managers/technical team Set up new accounts in coordination with customer/master data and customer service Minimum of 5 GCSE's including maths and English. Business qualification would be beneficial. Minimum 3 years previous experience of a similar role in customer service/sales/internal sales/office environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Comfortable using Microsoft office and similar standard software. Experience of CRM i.e. SFDC a bonus Hard working, flexible and positive attitude.
