Job Description
1. Owning the project repository for the SAP 4 HANA programme
2. Supporting the PMO Lead with administrative tasks, including resource management, plan maintenance, and programme governance
3. Coordinating project costs in collaboration with the Programme Finance Partner
4. Writing and maintaining programme governance documents
5. Collecting and managing timesheets for all contractors
6. Managing holiday bookings for the Programme Team and contractors
7. Organising project meetings as needed
8. Arranging travel for the Programme Team as required
9. Creating purchase orders, processing goods receipts, and reconciling invoices
10. Preparing and consolidating monthly progress reports
The Successful Applicant
1. Will have experience with SAP 4 HANA.
2. Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
3. Excellent organisational and project management skills.
4. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. An ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
