Hoop Professional Services & HR are excited to present a fantastic interim opportunity for an experienced HR professional. We are proud to be partnering with a well-respected organisation in Newport that is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist.
This is a full-time (37 hours per week), three-month contract, offering a hybrid working arrangement and an hourly rate of £21.00. The role is available for an immediate start.
This opportunity is ideal for an HR/ER specialist between contracts who is looking to make a meaningful impact in a short period. As well as expanding your experience, you’ll be joining an incredibly supportive team in a role that requires flexibility, a process-driven mindset, and strong attention to detail.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in Employee Relations
Strong ability to liaise and build relationships with key stakeholders
A structured, methodical approach to HR processes
