Our client, a leading M&E HVAC supplier is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to join their dynamic team in Salfords. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships and supporting a positive customer experience.
What's on Offer:
* Salary of £27,000 - £29,000pa (dependent on experience).
* Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
* Address customer queries via telephone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using the company CRM.
* Handle customer complaints effectively, raising case issues and collaborating with internal teams to resolve them.
* Provide customers with information about products, services, and company policies.
* Assist customers with orders, account management, and refunds.
* Meet & exceed KPIs by answering calls within 15 seconds and responding to emails efficiently.
* Build strong relationships with customers & tradespeople
