Field engineers form a crucial part of our organisation, as the customer-facing backbone that underpins our customer-centric culture. We work in an industry with diverse product offerings and complex systems. We are looking for an experienced Field Engineer to resolve complex system faults, assist Field Engineers with issues beyond their skillsets, and liaise with customers to deliver a first-in-class service offering.

Main Responsibilities
1. Fire, Warden Call, Security and Access Control system maintenance and repair.
2. Act as an escalation path for complex issues/scenarios.
3. Maintain high levels of quality & professionalism standards and ensure resident & public safety and compliance is adhered to at all times.
4. Provide a point of contact to colleagues whilst acting as a subject matter expert for products and processes.
5. Liaise with customers, providing technical input where required.
Must Haves:
1. Good working knowledge with demonstrable skills of Warden call and Fire systems (Tynetec, Chubb, Tunstall, Appello, Advance, Hockhiki, Appollo, etc.).
2. Excellent communication skills both verbally and through IT (MS Office).
3. Strong focus on customer service and experience.
4. Excellent team player.
