Papillon Home Care are recruiting for evening and weekend carers in Folkestone.
Are you an experienced carer? Are you looking for work around childcare, studies, or some extra income? This is the perfect job for you.
We are specifically looking for workers from 5pm-9.30pm for teatime and bed calls.
Working in home care is an extremely rewarding career where you will make a difference to people's lives and provide support to those who need it most. Whether it be support to wash and dress, assistance with medication, or accompanying to appointments, you will play a critical part in enabling vulnerable people to remain in the comfort of their own homes.
At this time we are only taking on experienced care workers. We are also looking for people with the following attributes:
1. Kind, caring, and compassionate
2. High levels of spoken and written English
3. A good listener
4. An energetic, positive person who enjoys building relationships with people from all walks of life
5. Happy to offer support with a range of tasks, including personal care, preparing meals, administering medicine, shopping, and light household duties
Applicants will be required to have an Enhanced DBS before commencing work; this is at the applicant’s own cost.
