As part of the Building Surveying team, you'll have the chance to advance your career while working towards your APC and Chartered or Associate membership with RICS. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of post-qualification experience and hold a degree in a Building Surveying discipline.
Building Surveyor Position Overview
Delivering professional and project-related building surveying services across various non-residential sectors. Conducting condition surveys, preparing detailed reports, and capturing precise site particulars. Developing specifications and schedules of work. Collaborating with CAD technicians to prepare comprehensive drawing packages. Preparing project budgets and submitting planning and building control applications. Attending client meetings, conducting interim site inspections, and assisting with party wall matters.
Building Surveyor Position Requirements
Degree within Building Surveying Must have 3+ yrs post grad experience Good attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong negotiation, presentation and report writing skills Experience in undertaking condition surveys Knowledge of relevant documentation under CDM2015 Commercial awareness and the ability to ensure that you are adding maximum value Excellent IT skills Full UK driving licence
Building Surveyor Position Remuneration
