The role will be Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week., The role will involve the overall daily organisation, planning and co-ordination of all pharmacy services on-site. In line with the well-being model of healthcare the post holder, through a partnership approach, will also help patients to optimise their medicines by tailoring medicines and support to the individual patient needs. Experience of offender health is desirable however we would welcome and individual who is multiskilled across complex care pathways. The role requires excellent communication skills and dynamic work practices. We are looking for somebody who can deliver at least equivalent care to that of the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing policy and procedure and will need to be able to support the nursing team to ensure care of the highest standard.
