We are working with a fantastic membership body who are looking for a Senior Membership Manager to start on a contract in August 2025.

Some of the key responsibilities include:
1. Enhance and communicate effectively membership propositions.
2. Attend key meetings across the directorates to understand industry trends more closely, insights and gain feedback.
3. Help increase membership revenue targets passing on sales opportunities to the commercial and events team.
4. Regularly network at key events and conferences representing the organisation in a positive light and helping grow the membership base.
5. Lead on strategic membership initiatives and input into the strategy including the key account management programme.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
1. Strong track record in account management and membership management.
2. Experience of membership retention and recruitment strategies.
3. A proven sales, business development or membership background would be ideal.
4. Any financial membership experience or similar would be desirable.
5. Experience working in a membership/trade association environment and commercial backgrounds.
This is a 9-12 month contract role that will be interviewing shortly for a start in mid August. Given time frames, we can look at candidates on a notice period of 1-3 months.
The role is paying £60,000 (pro rata).
