Role: Head of Marketing & Communication
Location: National Based, with Travel
Your Role
1. Lead internal Communications ensuring key messages are shared with colleagues throughout Consensus.
2. Work with central support and operational colleagues to build and promote appropriate content.
3. Support the People Team with campaigns and audits that support our certification as a GPTW.
4. Lead the team to deliver on all brand-related activities, acting as key contact in supporting the organisation with projects, campaigns and improvements where brand consistency is key.
5. Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.
6. Ensure we collect, review, and analyse market information to identify and develop our approach to collection, market trends, new opportunities, and challenges.
7. Supervise the team contributing to content to social media channels on a regular basis (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) in line with organisation guidelines.
8. Execute and manage social media campaigns to build followers, enhance visibility, and drive engagement.
