We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Catering Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in business operations and financial management.
What you'll do
* Plan, organize, coordinate, and lead a team to achieve business objectives.
* Ensure all financial targets are met within a framework of absolute financial control.
* Manage client business within agreed budgets, providing financial breakdowns and information as required.
* Deliver budgeted profit and turnover for accounts as agreed with the line manager.
* Define and implement unit business plans in line with the division’s strategic objectives.
* Identify and drive opportunities for business growth within contracts and the external market.
* Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and financial management standards.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service management.
* Recruit, develop, and manage personnel, fostering a culture of engagement and professional growth.
* Uphold health & safety policies and ensure compliance across all operations.
What you'll bring
* Proven experience in business operations, financial management, or facilities management.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* A proactive and solution-focused mindset.

* Excellent financial acumen and commercial awareness.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Relevant qualifications (HND or equivalent), with vocational certifications being an advantage.
