* Provide high-quality primary medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
* Conduct consultations in person, by telephone, and via video as required.
* Prescribe medications in accordance with current guidelines and best practice.

Requirements
* Full GMC registration with a license to practice.
* Vocational Training Certificate (VTS) or equivalent experience.

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development.
* Experience using Emis Web and System One is desirable.
