Your Impact: As a Non-Executive Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business. Drawing on your expertise in technology, finance, and governance, you’ll provide strategic oversight and contribute to the innovation that sets Collinson apart. What You’ll Do: Strategic Leadership: Guide the company’s vision and growth, especially in technology, innovation, and financial oversight. Monitor Performance: Support and challenge the delivery of business plans and budgets to drive success. Risk Management: Identify risks and help shape strategies to mitigate them effectively. Stakeholder Engagement: Represent CIL with clients, partners, and industry bodies to strengthen relationships and influence. Governance Excellence: Ensure robust compliance, governance, and ethical business practices. What You’ll Bring: Experience as a Non-Executive Director or in a senior executive role within a commercial, entrepreneurial environment. Proven expertise in technology, innovation, or scaling businesses. A global outlook and understanding of data’s role in driving business growth. Commitment to ethical business practices and social responsibility. Strong understanding of corporate governance principles. Experience with global supply chains (a plus, but not essential). Why Now?
