We are really excited to be expanding our function further. You will be based in either the UK or Spainas part of the international team. You will have a strong background in indirect procurement activity and responsible for the category of eithersales (services) and operations spend or marketing spend. You will be responsible for international category plan, and therefore have close collaboration with stakeholders across these areas in order to ensure that we define and deploy sourcing strategy against the business objectives. You will be responsible for the realisation of our savings and value add activity to drive deeper engagement with the procurement team and show our value contribution. You will ensure that we achieve group compliance targets in alignment with policies, strategies and processes. What do you have to offer? Strong category management experience managing indirect procurement (sales / marketing categories would be beneficial) Min. 3-5 years of Experience in a similar functional domain or other related position, with knowledge of categories/market at hand. Master degree with emphasis on areas of Business, Economics, Finance, Procurement, Legal or comparable professional education is beneficial Strong experience and background is a must in indirects (ideally professional services) within procurement domain, preferably at an international level. Sound knowledge in procurement methodologies, partnering, category management, supplier selection, negotiation and contracting; Knowledge of Procurement tools: spend analysis, P2P buying channels. Experience of working in collaboration with project process management. Strong analytical, presentation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills. Action oriented and solution minded team player with high degree of self-management. Excellent English-written and spoken. Which tasks can you expect? Prepare Procurement Category Strategies / Plan / Objectives with main stakeholders incl. risk assessment, supplier base assessment, opportunities and supplier relationship management strategy. Manage relationship with key stakeholders and business representatives at an international level. Consolidate requirements and act as business partner. Benchmark (sub)category best practices to identify initiatives for improvement Develop internal & external analysis (industry & supplier). Lead category strategy implementation, incl. execution of defined. Sourcing initiatives (according to strategic sourcing methodology, RFx) or spend rationalization initiatives. Support the work and efforts of cross-functional sourcing team in different stages of the sourcing steps. Drive supplier selection and fact-based negotiations. Lead contract implementation and drive contract compliance. Support key Supplier Management and Contract management lifecycle. activities in cooperation with Service Delivery teams or stakeholders. Perform spend analysis and Procurement reporting for your category(ies).- Importantly, manage the stakeholders, enhance and develop relationships, and ensure we act in a joined up way to the rest of the business.
