1. Ensure the correct financial results are reported on-time and to a high standard to the business and the Group HQ
2. Support BA Manager to establish an agile proactive team that supporting the groups' retained accounting activity (including Treasury and cash management)
3. Take a lead in delivering ad–hoc projects and the wider finance team
4. Review and challenge of results ensuring there is a continual monitoring and improvement in the controls environment
5. Develop and deliver Balance sheet analysis and reporting to support the needs of the business
6. Ensure accurate cash flow forecasting remains in place for the company
7. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across the business and other Corporate functions (Taxation, CoSec, Group Reporting, Corporate Controlling to ensure service levels are established, targeted and monitored
8. Work collaboratively with external auditors, ensuring accurate and timely data provision and proactive, sustainable resolution of any audit findings
To be successful you will ideally have the following skills and experiences: -
9. CIMA/ ACCA or ACA Qualified
10. Technical accounting skills – IFRS
11. Excellent communication skills
12. Proven ability to adhere to strict deadlines
13. Previous SOX experience (Preferred)
14. Audit background (Preferred)
15. Knowledge of SAP preferred
