About the Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Executive to drive impactful campaigns that promote Total Training Provision’s Apprenticeships and wider training offer. This role is perfect for a creative and data-driven marketer who thrives on developing engaging, multi-channel campaigns that generate brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase learner and employer participation.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure our messaging reaches the right audiences in the right way.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that promote our Apprenticeships and commercial training programmes.
* Manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, email, paid advertising, and traditional marketing.
* Develop compelling content and creative assets in collaboration with designers and content creators.
* Analyse campaign performance and use data insights to optimise strategy and improve engagement.
* Segment and target key audiences, ensuring campaigns resonate with employers, learners, and partners.
* Work with the wider marketing team to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
* Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing technologies.
* Produce regular reports on campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
About You:
* Proven experience in campaign marketing, ideally within education, training, or B2B marketing.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills to craft engaging content.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and campaign improvements.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
