Key Duties
1. You will become part of a friendly team of optical and audiology professionals working together to provide exceptional patient care.
2. Usual working hours are 8:30am - 6:00pm, full time only.
3. Be based within a high-end independent practice fitted with the most up-to-date optical and audiology equipment.
4. Managing employees to ensure that all departments are operating smoothly.
5. Maintain the practice's excellent reputation within the local area.
6. Be confident to manage up to 25 employees with the support of 2 assistants and 2 supervisors.
7. Able to adapt and work well in a fast-paced environment where you will need to have great administrative and multi-tasking skills.
Package and Benefits
1. Competitive basic salary up to £35,000 DOE + bonus.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
1. Right to work in the UK.
2. Retail Management / DO Management experience - preferably in the optical/healthcare sector.
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the help of an experienced support team.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
5. Full-time only position.
