To support the business during a key period of operational growth and development, they are seeking a talented and proactive QA Manager to oversee day-to-day quality assurance operations and ensure that standards are upheld throughout production. The role As QA Manager, you will report into the Technical Manager and take responsibility for the effective management of two QA Supervisors—covering AM and PM shifts—who each lead a team of 12 QA operatives. While your role is office hours, flexibility is essential to support shift teams and maintain compliance around the clock. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring all QA processes are effectively implemented, monitored, and continuously improved. Supporting and developing the QA Supervisors and wider QA team. Investigating non-conformances and leading root cause analysis. Liaising with the wider technical and production teams to uphold quality and food safety standards. The person You will be a hands-on and highly organised QA professional with: Experience in food manufacturing, ideally in a managerial or supervisory QA role. Strong leadership and people management skills. A proactive, flexible attitude and willingness to engage across multiple shifts when needed.
