Responsibilities of an Early Years Practitioner:
1. Assist in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework.
2. Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for young children.
3. Support children's early development, including communication, social, and motor skills.
4. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
5. Follow safeguarding policies and ensure the well-being of all children.
What we are looking for in an Early Years Practitioner:
1. Level 2 Early Years qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
2. Previous experience as an Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or EYFS Teaching Assistant.
3. Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. A caring, patient, and proactive approach to child development.
6. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply).
