Our client is seeking a Property Manager/ Administrator to join their team in Liverpool.
About the Role: Your role is to help manage and coordinate the portfolio while assisting with administration duties.
Responsibilities include:
* Mid-term property inspections throughout the tenancy
* Statutory certificates
* Dealing with utility companies
* Overseeing and booking maintenance
* Reception duties, including dealing with tenant enquiries/emergencies and organising repairs
* Invoice processing for several entities – adding straight to Xero for approval and checking the validity of the invoices
* Reconciling supplier statements at month-end, requesting copy invoices, transferring invoices to correct accounts, and processing the respective credits
* Dealing with rejected invoices and supplier queries
* Reconciling intercompany payments
* Adding direct debit invoices to Xero and reconciling
* Reconciling payment run for all entities and sending remittances
* Tidying up purchase ledgers – council tax, utilities
* Checking arrears reports and following up on any missed payments
About You: This is a great role for someone already experienced in property management with 12 months experience or more. The successful candidate must be highly organised, with a professional and friendly personality, excellent written and spoken communication skills, great attention to detail, and fantastic time management.
