What does this Care Assistant job involve?
Hours of Work:37 Hours Per Week - Shifts: 07:30 - 15:30 / 15:30 - 21:30
• To provide Quality care by attending to residents' physical and personal needs including washing, dressing, bathing, toileting, feeding and any other personal needs.
• To listen to and respect the individual's rights to privacy and dignity at all times.
• To help each individual overcome any anxieties and to enjoy the facilities of the Home whilst retaining as much of their own independence as possible.

Values you must have:
• You will have excellent communication skills. You will be approachable, observant, patient and reliable. You will be a great team player and be able to liaise with your colleagues when working together.
• You will need to be able to provide a relaxed, safe environment for our residents and you will have very good listening skills. You will be concise, accurate and clear when completing daily records.
• You must be caring, trustworthy, reliable, conscientious, patient, kind and observant.
• No experience required, all training will be provided.
• You must be aged 18 years or over.
