You’ll engage directly with senior stakeholders and cross-sector operations teams, acting as a strategic partner to recommend and implement best-fit digital solutions. With a national remit, you’ll visit high-profile sites, oversee multi-site rollouts, and ensure smooth transitions from planning through to business-as-usual operations.
Key Responsibilities for the Digital Mobilisation Manager:
1. Act as subject matter expert for all digital restaurant solutions within Business & Industry.
2. Lead end-to-end mobilisation projects, ensuring delivery to agreed timescales and standards.
3. Work collaboratively with sector leads and operations teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored digital solutions.
4. Own and maintain central mobilisation plans, deployment schedules, and reporting tools.
5. Drive process improvement and agility to accelerate deployment timelines and enhance client experiences.
