The Recruitment Consultant will be required to work in a team environment and be involved in the recruitment of staff for temporary placements.

This job is fast-paced and would suit someone who enjoys a challenge and working with others to achieve optimum results and high calibre staffing solutions for our candidates.
This role will involve hybrid working so the potential candidate must be based near our Redcar office.
Duties of the role include but are not limited to the following:
1. Working under the direction of the Team Lead matching candidates to client requirements.
2. Cultivating and building relations with candidates by creating open, friendly, and communicative relationships.
3. Complying with the recruitment procedure and process, ensuring all candidates are fully compliant to company standards and all mandatory requirements met before placing with client.
4. Carrying out in-person and virtual interviews with potential candidates.
5. Responsible for uploading candidate application details and related documents onto a customised CRM system.
6. Conducting phone and written reference checks for potential candidates.
7. Ensuring candidate bank details are securely obtained via our dedicated system and informing our Payroll Team of the new starter.
8. Organising the distribution of candidate ID badges and uniforms.
9. Updating candidates in relation to next steps once onboarding process is complete.
10. Working closely with the Training Department to improve staff training bookings process and to ensure demand is met for required training courses.
11. Providing regular updates and reports on candidate pipeline status.
12. Performing other duties as directed by Team Lead.
Role Requirements
1. Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a previous recruitment capacity.
2. Fully proficient in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
3. Strong written and oral communication, and proficiency in the English language.
4. Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
5. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Personally motivated with a willingness to undertake new and challenging duties.
7. Proven record of achieving and exceeding targets/KPI’s set out.
