Part-Time Office Manager
Knutsford
5 days per week, 21 hours
Hybrid - Tuesday and Wednesday in office
FTE salary £30, - Actual salary £18,

Due to promotion of the current Office Manager, we are looking for an experienced Administration professional to take over this exciting role for a tech company based in Knutsford.
Duties will include:
1. Managing the day to day running of the office
2. Ensuring all communal spaces are kept tidy
3. Booking meetings and preparing for these
4. Ordering stationary and other office supplies
5. Arranging events/training
6. Facilities duties
7. Keeping health and safety records
8. Ensuring insurances and other certificates are up to date
9. Day to day finance duties such as processing invoices
10. HR Administration including new starter documentation
11. Payroll
12. Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks that arise
We are looking for candidates with:
13. Previous experience of managing an office or a stand alone senior administration role
14. Strong organisational skills
15. A positive attitude and willingness to take on ad-hoc duties
16. Ability to deal with changing priorities
17. Good communication skills via phone and email
There is some flexibility on the exact working pattern but we are looking for someone who can commit to the hours spread across 5 days.
