With data being crucial to an organisation's success, this company is looking for someone who can manage and optimise their CRM data, ensuring data accuracy, to help provide actionable insights for the sales team, as well as develop robust reporting systems to support the sales and marketing teams in driving business growth.

The Opportunity:
* Take on a pivotal role in this growing SaaS company, owning the CRM system to champion best practice and best usage in terms of data health, quality and management.
* Have the autonomy to shape CRM processes, refine data management practices, and directly impact the 30+ sales team members by setting them up for success through good data.
* Use your analytical skills to transform raw data into actionable insights, identifying high-value opportunities and driving the sales team's performance to the next level.
* Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, providing critical insights and contributing to strategic decisions while benefiting from a supportive and inclusive company culture.

What They Need from You
The ideal candidate doesn’t need sector-specific experience but needs to be analytically-minded and able to work agile. You need to love data and want to optimise what's there, building for the future.
Key attributes:
* Previous experience within data management.
* Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot experience is advantageous).
* Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel/spreadsheet proficiency.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to work independently.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with B2B SaaS, public sector clients, or advisory services.
* Knowledge of data visualisation tools like Power BI
* Experience with automation and process improvement.
