Customer Service Administrator
Epsom, Surrey (Office based, please check you can commute to post code KT19 before applying)
Salary: £26,000
Hours: 9:00-17:30 Monday - Friday
A highly successful and growing business within the leisure/entertainment sector is looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator who is looking for a career and not just a job. It’s a busy and varied role. Previous experience in a similar role along with excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering emails and phone calls from customers and solving issues
* Following the complaints procedure and logging all correspondence
* Liaising with suppliers and couriers to help organise customer requests
* Providing troubleshooting advice and arranging spare parts to be delivered
* Logging customers who may require on-site engineer visits
* Dealing with returns – working closely with the supplier and shipping company
* Liaising with Engineers and scheduling installations
* Generating reports for management
* Implementing systems and procedures
* Checking and responding to Google reviews
* Working on a ticketing system
Skills and experience:
* At least 2 years’ customer service experience with an eye for detail
* Excellent customer service skills
* Experience in handling and resolving problems or scheduling
* A technical mind would be an advantage
* Able to multi-task and prioritise
* Able to deal calmly and effectively with customers and bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion
* Good computer literacy (all systems used are computer based and many products we sell have computer systems driving them)
