Job Title
A skilled Electrician is required to work with our leading housing association in Doncaster, delivering high-quality services and homes to residents. This role involves carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations across void and tenanted properties.
* Conduct electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in accordance with regulatory standards.
* Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
* Inspect, test, and certify electrical installations to guarantee resident safety.
* Maintain accurate records of all work completed and adhere to risk assessments and safety procedures.
* Respond to emergency call-outs and handle repairs promptly.
* Collaborate closely with the maintenance team and housing officers to ensure effective service delivery.
Requirements:
* Candidate must hold City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent qualification.
* Possess knowledge of 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations.
* Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
* Demonstrate proven experience in electrical repairs, maintenance, and fault finding.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
