We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our Inverness office to provide support to the Residential Lettings team.
This is a great opportunity for an Administrator who is looking for a new challenge. Role responsibilities include but are not limited to the proactive placement of properties for let on the internet, arranging viewings and property displays, the management of maintenance and repairs for let properties including invoicing and maintaining accurate lettings administration via Reapit.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills is essential. Previous experience in residential lettings is desirable.
