Join our team as a Recruitment Officer and play a vital role in supporting the University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust to deliver exceptional care through the recruitment of talented and dedicated professionals.
Main duties of the job
As a Recruitment Officer, you will:
1. Provide a high-quality, efficient recruitment administration service to various divisions within the Trust.
2. Co-ordinate the recruitment process, from placing job advertisements and arranging interviews to processing pre-employment checks and onboarding new starters.
3. Ensure compliance with NHS employment standards, including criminal records checks, professional registrations, and employment eligibility.
4. Maintain accurate records and personnel files, supporting the delivery of a seamless recruitment experience.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers, payroll, and external agencies to address queries and ensure a smooth recruitment journey.

Person specification
* Good standard of education with basic literacy and numeracy skills (e.g. 5 GCSEs at A-C including Maths and English or equivalent qualification)
* Experience of Recruitment
* Experience in administration or similar high demand high volume work.
