We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Team Assistant to join our team in Essex, who will provide back-office support with some of our key services, including our brand new Counselling Service and our enhanced grants offer.
You will be required to provide support with referrals/priority referrals into the Essex Counselling service, including entering data onto our systems and maintaining the waiting list ensuring that all referrals are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
Supporting with administrative functions relating to the Essex team, including the volunteers and Supervisors, you will also be required to arrange room bookings and to support the collation of the bespoke additional grants applications process, and undertake the administration process as required from start to finish.
You will also be supporting with the production of reports, KPIs, monitoring and evaluation required by the various teams.
To be successful you will require strong administrative skills, attention to detail and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of staff and carers.
