Lidl is looking for a Retail Shift Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Motivate and support the team to achieve targets and deliver high standards of customer service.
* Manage store operations, including freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management.
* Create an environment where colleagues can succeed and develop themselves.
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers receive the best possible experience every time they visit the store.
* Handle problems and delegate tasks efficiently.

* Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate the team.
* Patient and friendly manner with the ability to remain calm in any situation.
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of the store.
